Treatment capacity on request from 30 L. to 2.000 L. The machine is used for different types of food products needing cooking and mixing with atmospheric pressure. The frame is vertical, cylindrical and steam heated. All heated surfaces are properly reached by appropriate scrapers in order to avoid product burnings on the bottom. The ingredients dosage can be manually made, through wheeled tanks or automatically. The discharge can be made by a central drain valve opening or by tipping of the tank itself, according to the model.
