Food Industry Autoclave

The NGA autoclave is a new solution in the sterilization process, achieved through space rationalization.
It is a cylindrical autoclave featuring a lightweight internal separator compartment for the product baskets.

 

The separator compartment (which can also be retrofitted to existing autoclaves) reduces the volume to be heated and cooled, offering savings in energy, time, and compressed air usage.
Heat exchange occurs through a combination of:

  • Indirect heating and cooling: allows for separate circulation of steam and cooling water without contact, thus eliminating contamination risks.
  • Direct heating and cooling: by using recovered water from the previous batch, energy and time are saved. The compartment is applicable to all direct steam, rain, and full immersion systems, in both static and rotary forms; hot and cold water are recovered in separate tanks and reused in the next batch.

 

MAIN ADVANTAGES:
60% less stainless steel to heat/cool, 70% less steam to heat/cool process water, 70% less compressed air, shorter circulation times, superior turbulence, accelerated heat exchange, and process time reduction of approx. 10/20 minutes.
