Rotating Coil Heating Mixer

Machine specifically developed to reduce heat treatment times without damaging product particle size.

Inside the machine is installed the rotating coil, patented by Ghizzoni D.; used for indirect steam heating of the product, thanks to its high exchange surface and its particular coil distribution, it reduces processing times, gently and uniformly mixing the product, thus minimizing mechanical stress due to product compression on the machine walls. These combined characteristics therefore allow obtaining a high-quality product with excellent preservation of the treated product’s particle size.
