Sterilizer for cooked hams

 

The sterilization autoclave is structured to perform a direct steam cycle and water cooling. The entire cycle, which begins with the sterilization phase, ends with the cooling in counter air pressure, set and controlled by PLC for a constant monitoring of the quality process. It is completely insulated and approved at internal pressure, and equipped with an instrumentation for the regulation of the temperature and the internal pressure, with centrifuge pump for recycling and cold water recovery.
