Ghizzoni D. made his first entry into the food plants market in year 1946 where it developed its own production in the canning industry, focusing on jam semiprocessed fruit field, fish processing sector and, since some time, also in sausage sector.
Ghizzoni D. technology, mainly applied to process machineries, has been focusing on constant research and development activity; the results are several patents that have changed and are still changing different processing methods.
In a homologated industrial compartment, the Ghizzoni D. strategy is, instead, “tailor made oriented”, having a consulting service given by its own staff concerning the production process which is studied on the basis of each single customer need, starting from pilot plants up to complete lines for industrial productions.
Ghizzoni D. innovations are always oriented towards a final product optimization, time and production costs savings, together with a constant attention to the environment, with “energy saving” that has positive impact on the product quality.
