With a wide range of models specially designed for various products, Ghizzoni D. offers from the traditional boule with vertical agiatator, with horizontal agitator, with double motorizations, up to the rotating coil concentrator, also available in aseptic version. Under vacuum concentrators are used for the water evaporation under 100°C and/or de-aerate the product. The main application fields are: for the fruit processing, vegetables or creams, for jam products, toppings, sauces, for ice-cream basic products preparation industry, for semi-processed products for confectioneries, for semi-processed products for yoghourt.
