Robust, practical and safe: the numerically controlled tilting movement of the blade holder plate ensures perfect repeatability of the sharpening angle, while its ergonomic design allows sharpening and subsequent machine maintenance to be performed from one side only. Safety is ensured by the ability to house the blades protected by their holder, while the movement of the counter-blade outside the protective guard prevents accidents.

Blade cleaning is equally safe as it is performed on both sides without the need to turn the blade, thus avoiding any manual involvement by the operator; the washing program can be set according to timing and substances used.
