Industrial Food Cooking Vessel

Processing capacity on request from 30 L to 2,000 L.
The machine is used for various types of food products requiring cooking and mixing at atmospheric pressure.
The structure is vertical, cylindrical in shape, and steam-heated. All heated surfaces are properly reached by appropriate scrapers to prevent product burning on the bottom.
Ingredient dosing can be performed manually, using wheeled tanks, or automatically. Discharge can be performed either by opening a central discharge valve or by tilting the vessel itself, depending on the model.
